Qualifications:
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports in English.
- Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned.
- Must be able to climb a ladder to perform lighting maintenance and any other custodial tasks that may require climbing.
- Valid NJ Driver's License.
- Transportation (own vehicle).
- Black Seal Boilers License - a plus.
