Qualifications:
* Applicant must fill out an online application
* Ability to be flexible with work hours
* Black Seal Boilers License
* Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and organize the work of all building custodians
* Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned
* Ability to comprehend basic operating instructions, prepare reports and prepare yearly staff evaluations
* Knowledge of computers
* Knowledge in general maintenance repairs
* Must be able to climb and work off a ladder
* Must be able to list at least 50 lbs.
* Valid NJ Driver's License
