OEM Calibration, Inc. specializes in providing the expertise and software needed to diagnose and calibrate vehicles according to OEM factory standards. With teams of mobile specialists across multiple Midwest cities, we’re growing and helping our clients deliver exceptional service to their customers.
We’re seeking tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented individuals, especially those with entry‑level experience in coding, gaming, IT, or automotive technology, who are eager to apply and further develop their skills in a hands‑on, high‑tech automotive career.
Automotive Calibration Specialist responsibilities include calibrating Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) such as lane‑keeping assistance, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, parking sensors, and collision avoidance systems to ensure they are precisely adjusted for optimal safety and performance. In this mobile role, you’ll use OEM specialized tools and software to diagnose, calibrate, and validate these systems on vehicles at various locations. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle to travel within your assigned region or district.
Two weeks of paid training upon hire includes travel, meals, and accommodation.
- Computer and mobile device proficiency; ability to learn collision repair processes, terminology, and automotive technology quickly.
- Proficiency with OEM diagnostic scan tools, factory software, and essential software programs.
- Sharp analytical skills, troubleshooting in real time, data-driven decision making.
- Initiative, discipline, and ability to work independently while delivering results.
- Clear communication, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to customer service.
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Post‑offer screenings:
Background check, drug screening, non‑DOT driver physical, lift test.
