Overview

Job Information Laborer. 9 temporary/full-time positions with Schuibbeo Holdings, Inc. dba Collective Event Group from 4/1/2026 - 11/30/2026.

Entry level; requires supervision. Assist with the delivery, installation, set up, and take away of tents, tables, chairs, staging and other event rental items, load and unload delivery trucks. Assist with warehouse tasks such as cleaning rental equipment, organization, and inventory. Perform regular maintenance of tents and rental inventory.

• Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary.
• Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Employer reimburses government-mandated and visa-related fees (excluding passport fees) in advance or within the first work week.
• For non-local workers, inbound travel costs are reimbursed at the 50% point in the contract, unless paid in advance; inbound travel includes transportation from worker's permanent residence or place of recruitment, a daily meal subsistence (rates may apply by law; currently $16.28 per day minimum or $68.00 per day maximum with receipts), and reasonable lodging costs if applicable. Travel reimbursements are based on least-cost common carrier rate.
• Outbound travel costs are provided upon contract completion or early dismissal, unless the worker has subsequent employment.
• Employer provides incidental transport between job sites and offers free daily transportation to/from the designated pick-up location (use of transportation is voluntary).
• Employer guarantees hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total contract period.

• Wage rate is no less than $20.89 per hour. Overtime hours at $31.34 per hour.
• Payroll period is bi-weekly; workers are paid by check on Thursday.
• Standard schedule is 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday; employer will offer 40 hours per week and may offer more based on weather, business needs, etc.
• Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at employer’s discretion based on performance, skill, and tenure.
• Employer makes all payroll deductions required by law; voluntary deductions must be pre-authorized in writing and may include: cost of rent/utilities for employer-arranged housing (if applicable).

• State Workforce Agency (SWA) may refer qualified applicants who have been apprised of material terms and conditions of employment and who are able, willing, and available for the job.
• Employer makes hiring decisions at its sole discretion. Referrals and applicants are accepted from all sources.
• Applicants must possess documentation required to complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification.
