Pyramid Global Hospitality - Up to $18.00/hour - 1320 Centre Avenue - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work and HVAC system maintenance.;
Address guest room issues and respond to maintenance requests.;
Makes structure repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishings, patches or replaces paster, plasterboard, paint walls, ceilings and trim. Cut and lay flooring.;
Conduct inspections to identify potential problems.;
Maintain a log of all work performed including parts needed and/or parts used on all work requests. Follow work order procedures.
