Citizens Live at The Wylie is seeking Operations Crew Members to support venue setup, show-day logistics, and post-event breakdown. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is safe, functional, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest and artist experience.

* Residents of the Greater Hill District and surrounding neighborhoods are encouraged to apply. We will host a hiring event for residents closer to the grand opening. Details will be announced as they become available.

What This Role Will Do

• Execute venue setup and breakdown, including barricade, bike rack, tables, signage, and equipment placement.
• Support backstage operational needs as directed.
• Assist with seating layouts and premium area configurations.
• Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor venue conditions throughout the event and respond to operational needs.
• Support weather response protocols and safety procedures.
• Assist with post-show reset to prepare for the next event.
• Maintain equipment organization and storage areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines and communicate operational issues promptly.
• Assist with venue maintenance and repair tasks (ie. Painting, patching, replacing lights, etc) as needed.
• Support and collaborate with other departments to ensure all guest, crew, and artist needs are met.
• Interact positively with guests and be willing to assist with customer service needs as necessary.

What This Person Will Bring

• Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Clear communication skills and team-first mentality.
• Flexible availability inclusive of nights and weekends.
