• Oversee entire facility maintenance responsibilities, include managing repairs
• Establish schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs
• Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
• Work with contractors, vendors, and the national and facility management teams to address maintenance and emergency situations promptly

• You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning
• You are welcoming and inclusive of others, value individual differences, and love leading a winning team.
• You are excellent at building relationships, working with others, communication and have strong personal ethics.
• You excel at problem-solving, compliance, safety, and efficiency
