Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director with prior nursing home or long-term care experience to oversee all building operations and maintenance services within a skilled nursing setting. This leadership role ensures regulatory compliance, Life Safety standards, and a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

• Supervise and direct the Maintenance Department

• Oversee preventive maintenance and repair schedules

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Life Safety regulations

• Coordinate contractors and vendors

• Participate in surveys and implement Plans of Correction

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Prior long-term care experience required

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems

• Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions

Salary: $65,000 annually
