As part of the MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) team Move Technician will assist in completing tasks associated with internal and external employee, and equipment, moves.
** What your day-to-day will look like
** Tasks will include but are not limited to:
* Assembly and disassembly of systems furniture, packing, moving boxes, crates and contents as well as equipment and furniture
* Other tasks as assigned by management
* Handyman and General Contractor work, that varies day-to-day to support the client
* Build and maintain positive client relationships in this highly customer-facing role
* Manage your workload effectively and adjust priorities as business needs change
* Maintain open, proactive communication with clients and team members
** Required qualifications
*** Demonstrate basic power tool skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
* Self-starter and ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Very customer facing role so building positive client relationships is a must
* Ability to manage workload and adjust priorities as necessary
* Open communications with the client and team as well
* First shift position with overtime as needed with notice
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to perform physical work while standing for extended periods and drive to nearby sites in the Lehigh Valley using company vehicles
** Preferred qualification
*** High school or GED
