Full-Time Production – Montoursville, PA, US

Job Summary:

This full-time position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in hydraulic and industrial hose assembly
, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies to customer specifications.
• Manage inventory
  , including organization, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with tools and equipment.
• Hydraulic experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
