UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Associate to join our team at our McCandless location.

This role requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays.

Conveniently located just north of downtown Pittsburgh off McKnight Blvd, our campus is only minutes from Ross Park Mall.

What You'll Do:

+ Clean and maintain patient rooms, public areas and equipment following established procedures

+ Prepare rooms for new patients (including bed-making and discharge cleaning)

+ Restock supplies such as paper products and soap to ensure areas are fully equipped

+ Remove trash and maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards

+ Inspect assigned areas to ensure quality and report any maintenance or repair needs

+ Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment

+ Assist with moving furniture/equipment and completing special cleaning tasks as needed

+ Follow all safety, infection control and organizational guidelines

+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Comfort with using cleaning equipment and performing physical tasks

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

+ Ability to work in a healthcare environment where medications may be present (no handling required)

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

+ Act 34
