Maintenance Personnel

Guardian Storage Development Inc, a Pittsburgh-based leader in secure, modern self-storage, is seeking Maintenance Personnel to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. In this field-based role, you'll perform routine repairs, cleaning, groundskeeping, and preventive maintenance across our properties, supporting excellent customer experiences. You'll inspect buildings and units, handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks, and coordinate with managers and vendors for larger work.
