Responsibilities include:

• Interior painting (significant amount of painting required)
• General building maintenance and repairs
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Drywall repair, patching, and finishing
• Carpentry and general contractor-type work
• Preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Assisting with maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:

• Experience in painting is required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
