Maintenance Technician - Albion Lawrenceville

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service and performs preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with policies and safety standards;
Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing through the make-ready process including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Manages materials by following procedures to access and return supplies, and notifies supervisor for re-orders;
Completes documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are tracked;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage
