Maintenance Technician - Heinz Lofts

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-in inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Track materials and inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for re-ordering;
Complete documentation for service requests to enable tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed;
Follow safety policies, attend training, and periodical inspections of contractor work for quality standards
