Maintenance Personnel

Guardian Storage Development I seeks Maintenance Personnel to support the upkeep, safety, and appearance of our self-storage facilities. In this hands-on role, you'll perform routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance, including minor repairs, cleaning, painting, and inspections. You will ensure units, hallways, and common areas are clean, secure, and customer ready while responding promptly to maintenance requests. This position works closely with site staff to uphold company standards for quality, customer service, and a professional, community-minded environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance for self-storage facilities
• Complete minor repairs, painting, cleaning, and basic plumbing or electrical tasks
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure units and common areas are safe and customer ready
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders from site staff
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in safe, working condition
• Support site teams in upholding cleanliness, safety, and security standards
• Follow company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPEAssist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and debris cleanup
