Huntleigh USA Corporation is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to support cleaning and sanitation operations at Pittsburgh International Airport. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition while following company and airport safety procedures.

Position Summary:

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition while following company and airport safety procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect offices and assigned areas.
• Sweep floors and designated areas.
• Mop floors and other assigned surfaces.
• Dust and wipe surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and maintain jet bridges.
• Clean and maintain stairways.
• Clean and maintain gate areas.
• Follow established cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, push, and perform other physical activities throughout the course of a shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold 10–20 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and work in an airport environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent may be required depending on location or position requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Must have a reliable telephone number for contact.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to successfully complete a drug and alcohol test, as required (DOT or non-DOT), and comply with applicable random testing requirements.
• Must be able to follow company, airport, safety, security, and sanitation procedures.

Additional Information:

This is an on-site, part-time position at Pittsburgh International Airport. Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable company, airport, security, and employment requirements.
