UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead to join our team at our McCandless location.
This role requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays.
Shift: 9am - 5:30pm
What You'll Do:
+ Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments
+ Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor
+ Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs
+ Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards
+ Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations
+ Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
+ HS Diploma/GED preferred
+ 2 years relevant experience required
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
+ Act 34
