• Cleans and services restrooms.
• Sweeps and mops floors and stairways.
• Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials by hand or with powered equipment.
• Makes rounds of buildings and grounds at regular intervals; inspects doors, windows, and locks to ensure they are properly secured.
• Observes premises and equipment conditions; reports needed repairs or hazards requiring vendor services.
• Dusts blinds, furniture, file cabinets, and windowsills using appropriate tools.
• Polishes furniture, metal work, and chrome with suitable compounds.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using ladders.
• Cleans grounds and parking lots of litter, glass, or other debris.
• Performs related work as assigned.

• Handle basic maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Able to work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during shift.

• Long periods of walking, standing, sitting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping, twisting, squatting, handling materials, repetitive hand‑wrist motions, and traversing uneven surfaces.
• Exposure to extreme heat and cold.
• Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and airborne particles.
