Pittsfield Public School District is seeking a junior night building custodian at Pittsfield High School. Duties include maintaining cleanliness of building facilities and grounds. Perform other duties associated with the position of building custodian as required. The hours are 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This is a full time year round position.
Position requires frequent walking, standing, climbing and heavy lifting and carrying; work outside and inside, on slippery or uneven walking surfaces and ladders; exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust and cleaning materials.
Activities- sweeping, mopping and waxing floors
- washing tables/chairs
- emptying trash cans
- cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms
- lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, shoveling, and any other duties associated with custodial performance.
