Mon-Fri 7a-3p 40 hrs/wk
Responsibilities- To be aware of the maintenance needs in all of the community residences
- To make recommendations as to maintenance priorities. Report maintenance issues and timelines for completion to Director of Maintenance.
- To immediately respond to maintenance as feasible
- Three years of experience in general maintenance or remodeling.
- Must be skilled in carpentry, painting, and routine repairs.
- Valid Drivers License and insured vehicle.
