Hotel on North is a modern boutique hotel in downtown Pittsfield seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to assist with day-to-day upkeep and guest requests. This role covers a 32-hour workweek and requires weekend availability, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities include repairs, routine tasks, and ongoing maintenance projects, with emphasis on safety and guest comfort. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently when needed.
