Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, Conveyors

Providing high‑level technical support and service to customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and drive customer satisfaction to support success of service operations.

Weekend Nights:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 PM‑5:00 AM OR Weekday Nights:
Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM.

• Diagnose and repair complex technical issues on Honeywell equipment, conveyor systems, and PLCs
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical service or field service role in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Hands‑on experience working on conveyor systems, wiring, electrical and some knowledge of PLCs
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Honeywell products
• Customer‑focused mindset
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians
