Maintain equipment in the RDC to keep it fully operational;
Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks and lead a team for preventive maintenance;
Diagnose and repair complex equipment failures within specialty areas (conveyors, rolling stock, or building);
Mentor Utilities and Maintenance Mechanics and guide less experienced staff;
Document work performed and close out work orders/PM requests in the maintenance system
