Maintenance Planner

In this role, you will create daily and weekly maintenance schedules, assign work, ensure parts and resources are available, and track work orders through completion. Initially, you will spend significant time on the shop floor shadowing maintenance teams and learning the equipment, before transitioning into a balanced role across SAP, maintenance planning, and the production floor.

This role would suit a Maintenance Planner, Scheduler, or Planning professional from a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or warehouse environment, looking to develop their technical skillset and take ownership of maintenance planning within a global organization.

• Take ownership of daily and weekly maintenance schedules, work orders, resources, parts availability, and job completion
• Coordinate maintenance activities through SAP while working closely with technicians, production teams, and the spare parts function
• Receive specialist training in SAP, work order management, master data, maintenance processes, and industrial equipment

• Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Scheduler, Production Planner, Scheduler, Supply Chain Planner, or similar
• ERP experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, warehouse, maintenance, or other physical-product environment
