- Inspect and ready both new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet high presentation standards
- Provide timely support to cashiers and team members, addressing requests efficiently
- Move and position vehicles with care, following all safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate tracking, organization, and secure storage of all vehicle keys
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with dealership expectations
- Uphold cleanliness across parking areas and dealership property
- Complete detailed cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, including less visible areas such as trunks and compartments
- Confirm all vehicles are properly labeled with correct pricing, stickers, and tags
- Operate equipment and tools responsibly and in compliance with safety protocols
- Support seasonal upkeep by removing snow and ice, preparing vehicles, and assisting with lot maintenance activities
- Perform routine closing checks to ensure all vehicles are locked and the lot is secure
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen
- Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, approachable, and maintains a positive outlook
- Open to feedback and motivated to develop skills
