HOPES CAP, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to keep our facilities safe, clean and in excellent condition across our properties in New Jersey.
You will perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC, respond to urgent needs, and collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 3 years of maintenance experience, a valid New Jersey Driver’s License and a Boiler Operation License, plus basic computer skills
