We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning, with proven leadership skills to manage a team of janitorial staff. This role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment. The Janitorial Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating daily tasks, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties
• Assign tasks to janitorial staff and monitor their performance to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness and safety compliance, addressing any deficiencies promptly
• Oversee floor care operations such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment
• Provide training to staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies during all cleaning activities
• Assist with specialized tasks such as custodial maintenance, facilities upkeep, or minor repairs when necessary

• Proven experience in janitorial services or custodial work, with specific expertise in commercial cleaning and floor care
• Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or porter experience preferred
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including buffing, industrial cleaning, and general maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for training staff and coordinating with management and client
