As a Floating Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties in your region. This role is perfect for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about property upkeep and resident satisfaction.

• Perform and supervise maintenance repairs.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance.
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies.

• Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software.
• Maintain budgets and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.
• Provide feedback and resolve conflicts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC‑EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Three or more years of hands‑on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Estimated Rate of Pay: $30.40 - $32.96 (non‑exempt; hourly rates)

This position is non‑exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
