Job Details

The City of Plano is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to support operations at the Plano Event Center. This is a journey-level position within the Facilities Maintenance Mechanic series, responsible for performing a wide variety of building and facility maintenance tasks in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Work is typically performed independently to achieve desired outcomes; however, more advanced maintenance activities and system diagnostics may require supervisory guidance or consultative support.

This role is essential to maintaining a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for events, staff, and visitors.
