Responsibilities
Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Team Leader I, you'll ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing, warehouse, and transportation assets, and lead daily activities related to maintenance and repairs.
- Maintenance Operations:
- Ensure the reliability, efficiency and safety of the industrial warehouse, transportation, and manufacturing assets and related support areas.
- Lead daily activities for industrial facilities-related maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, and contractors in the design / construction of new industrial facilities; help to establish standard specifications.
- Stay current on / research new technologies related to the business.
- Maintain knowledge of / comply with current regulatory requirements.
- Management:
- Support strategic goals of Facility Services; make daily tactical decisions to substantially impact financial and reliability status of facilities.
- Lead multi-skilled technicians who maintain electrical systems, AC systems, water / sewer systems, building and roofing, pavement and grounds, dock doors, levelers, seals and restraints, and lighting and fire suppression systems.
- Develop, schedule, and lead assigned partners.
- Create a team environment; foster training / development to ensure partners provide quality repairs and superior service.

Qualifications& Key Requirements
- Work Experience:
- 5+ years Experience as a high‑level technician plus 3+ years of experience as a foreman or maintenance knowledge/awareness
- Preferred.

- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Written / verbal communication skills
- Required. - PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) (EAM preferred).

- Education:
- AAS degree 3+ years of experience OR 5+ years of experience as a high‑level technician plus 3+ years of experience as a foreman

- Valid driver's license; a clean driving record

- Physical Demands &
Working Conditions:- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
- Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more; lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Work flexible and/or rotating schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Walk long distances; climb ladders / stairs to gain rooftop access; stand, stoop, crawl; work in hot and cold spaces; maneuver around equipment.
- Work around industrial facilities, including food, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, refrigerated.
- Respond to emergency situations any time of day or night.
