Perform emergency and preventive maintenance on complex commercial systems, including Building Automation Systems, condensing boilers, package rooftop HVAC units, VAV systems, emergency generation equipment, and transfer switches;
Diagnose and repair electrical, control, plumbing, and life safety systems;
Perform general building upkeep duties (chemical treatment, periodic pressure washing, leaf blowing);
Work order management using a digital maintenance tracking system;
Maintain accurate, timely maintenance and repair records
