Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Plano a 250 unit Senior Living Community is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician. Assists andworks with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageous customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staffrelations. Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areaswhich include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways.
Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies. Experience in painting, electrical, HVACand plumbing preferred. At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience required. EPA and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
