Churchill Administrative Services, LLC is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Technician for a 250-unit Senior Living Community in Plano. You will work with the Lead Maintenance Technician to support resident and staff relations and assist in maintaining exteriors and common areas.
Prior apartment maintenance experience is required, with painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing skills preferred. EPA and CPO certification are desirable; candidates must meet the physical requirements listed in the job
