Billingsley Collection seeks a Service Technician I to maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of its properties in the Plano area. You will perform a broad range of tasks—from groundskeeping and housekeeping to preventative and emergency maintenance—across interior and exterior spaces.
The role requires readiness for on-call shifts, ability to navigate stairs and ladders, and a commitment to safety with proper PPE. EPA certification is preferred and training will be provided.
