Assistant Maintenance
Location: Plano, Texas, United States
About this positionWho are we looking for? YOU!
What do we need you to do? Maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the apartment complex for current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day maintenance operations and community upkeep
- Being on‑call for 24‑hour maintenance emergencies
- Completing grounds work such as trash pick‑up and light landscaping
- Assisting with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance tasks
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least three years of experience and HVAC certification
- Own personal tools for maintenance work
- Professional and courteous manner when interacting with residents, visitors and staff
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
