The successful candidate may be offered a position in either the Park Maintenance Worker I or Park Maintenance Worker II classification.
The hourly rate for the Park Maintenance Worker I is $17.91 per hour
The hourly rate for the Park Maintenance Worker II is $18.81 per hour
Job DetailsThe City of Plano seeks a dedicated and hardworking Park Maintenance Worker I or II to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the beauty and safety of our parks, including assisting with concrete repairs and various maintenance projects. Responsibilities also include graffiti removal and painting, repairing fences, dugouts, and bleacher seats, and operating equipment such as dump trucks and flatbed trailers for hauling purposes.
Additionally, the Park Maintenance Worker may assist under direct supervision of skilled technicians in plumbing, electrical, trail, playground, or sign maintenance tasks.
