Facilities Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of our facility’s infrastructure and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance performed by external contractors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with facility setup and modifications as needed.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Support emergency maintenance and facility-related issues outside of regular business hours as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

This position is based in Plano, TX, and involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to address urgent maintenance needs.
