Traveling Floor Technician

** Overview*
* We are seeking a dependable and skilled  
** Traveling Floor Cleaner
** to perform a wide range of floor care and general cleaning duties across multiple work sites. This position is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented facilities for employees, clients, and visitors. The role requires extensive travel
- ** 70% to 90% Monday through Friday*
* -to support cleaning operations in various states, including tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, restroom sanitation, dusting, pressure washing, and equipment upkeep.

** Responsibilities*
* - Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met

- Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

- Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly

- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor

- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed

- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation 

** Qualifications*
* Preferred:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 

Required:

+ Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

+ Must be at least 21 years of age or older

+ Travel commitment of 70% to 90% of the time, Monday through Friday

+ Willingness to travel to different work sites across multiple states

Schedule:

+ 8-hour shift
