Senior Maintenance

Marriott is seeking a Senior Maintenance Overnight professional to keep our hotel running safely and efficiently while guests sleep. In this full-time, on-site role, you will perform overnight repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You'll handle basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, respond quickly to service requests, and ensure all work meets safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Respond promptly to guest and staff service requests during overnight hours
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts usage records
• Ensure all work complies with safety, fire, and building codes and Marriott standards
• Coordinate with daytime engineering and housekeeping teams for handoffs and priorities
• Monitor building systems and report major issues to engineering leadership
