Conference Center Staging Attendant

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced The Conference Center Staging Attendant to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part inmaintainingthe overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.

• Execute the setup, operation, and breakdown for meetings and events.
• Serve as the main technical resource and on-site expert for clients, presenters, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all setups meet safety, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Document procedures, event setups, and incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Able to read, understand and write set-ups.
• Able to lift and carry equipment, chairs, tables, ect.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
