What You'll Do

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the maintenance team
• Coordinate daily maintenance, vendor work, and preventative maintenance
• Oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures
• Conduct property inspections and ensure timely completion of service requests and make-readies
• Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing, vendors, and invoices
• Assist with budgeting and control maintenance, repair, utility, and capital expenses
• Promote excellent resident service and help drive resident retention
• Participate in the on-call rotation and assist other communities when needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED
• EPA Freon Certification — Type I & II or Universal
• 4–6 years of related maintenance experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Multifamily maintenance experience preferred
