We Are Seeking a Custodian/ Sanitation

Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of a building and surrounding areas
• Sanitizing restrooms facilities
• Sanitizing offices facilities
• Collecting Trash and taken to dumpsters area/recycling
• Clean floors, walls, racks, ceiling at high altitudes
• Changing air filters and cleaning vents
• Clean around refrigeration units at high altitudes
• Dusting all surfaces
• Washing windows
• Clean spills caused by food or beverages
• They also complete outdoor chores
• Handle minor repairs related to general building maintenance, changing light bulbs at high altitudes, changing curtains, changing or repair door knobs, painting, put handles on the walls
• Maintain records of activities performed on the facilities
• Report to the manager
• Follows written and verbal instructions from the managers
• Time-management and multitasking abilities
• Use cleaning products (chemicals)
• Organization skills
• Sweep and mop floors

Requirements:

• Ability to be on their feet for long hours and work in confined spaces
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 33 to 55 degrees
• Available to work on weekends.
