Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes;
Maintain facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment;
May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines;
May require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities;
Perform other duties as assigned
