Position Summary

We're hiring independent contractor cleaners to provide standard and deep cleaning services for residential clients, plus office and commercial cleaning for business clients, throughout Utah County. This is a flexible opportunity - you take on jobs based on your own availability while delivering the thorough, consistent quality our clients expect.

Routine upkeep of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting baseboards; wiping countertops; cleaning sinks and appliance exteriors; wiping down bathroom fixtures, vanities, and mirrors; cleaning toilets; changing sheets and making beds; and vacuuming upholstered furniture.

A more thorough, top-to-bottom clean covering everything in a standard clean plus interior appliance cleaning (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), grout and tile detailing, cabinet interiors and exteriors, light fixtures and ceiling fans, light switch plates, doorknobs, wall wipe-downs, and vent dusting.

Cleaning for business clients, including office work spaces, kitchenettes, and restrooms: sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; wiping down desks, tabletops, and countertops; dusting furniture, shelves, and electronics; cleaning microwaves and break-room sinks; and maintaining common areas and restrooms.

• Follow Home Flow Cleaning's detailed room-by-room checklists to ensure a consistent, high-quality clean on every job
• Take photos during each visit for job media/documentation, as required for every job
• Bring your own reliable vehicle and cleaning supplies/equipment to each job
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
• Complete jobs thoroughly and on time, leaving each space spotless and "move-in ready"
• Lock up and secure the property before leaving
• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or client concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

• Based anywhere in Utah County, with your own reliable vehicle for travel between job sites
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment
• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Trustworthy and comfortable working independently inside clients' homes and offices
• Comfortable taking job-site photos on a smartphone as part of each visit
• Good communication and time-management skills

• Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and job type
• Position type: Independent contractor (1099) - you manage your own schedule and choose the jobs that work for you; you're responsible for your own taxes, and no benefits are provided
• Schedule: Fully flexible, based on your own availability - a great fit if you want to supplement your income or build up a fuller schedule over time
• Location: Pleasant Grove and throughout Utah County - you may be positioned anywhere in the service area
