Warehouse Associate
Status: Full-time (3rd shift), 7:00 pm to 3:00 am with overtime during peak season
Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Location: Walnut Creek, CA

The warehouse team is responsible for the inventory, maintenance, and preparation of the systems. Unlike a standard "box-moving" warehouse job, this role involves working with construction-grade materials. Every person is critical to this client's success. Key Responsibilities:

• Pulling and staging of panels, hardware, and graphics for the overnight installation crews.
• Sort and process materials carefully to maximize reuse and recycling potential.
• Cleaning and repairing returned panels (removing adhesive, fixing structural components) to ensure they are client-ready.
• Safely moving heavy pallets and oversized panel bundles throughout the facility.
• Checking materials for color accuracy or damage before they are sent to retail sites like malls or airports.
• Assisting with the arrival of shipments from their printing facilities and loading the installation vans/trucks.
• Other duties assigned as necessary by management.

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures consistently.
• Support additional operational needs as they arise
• Maintain positive communication with team members across all functions

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly and move heavy equipment.
• Maintain consistent attendance - we count on each other to be here when scheduled so we can deliver excellent service as a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and lift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all team members.
• Must pass a background check if offered the position.
• Forklift certification is highly preferred (they will provide training and re-certification on-site).
• Ability to read work orders accurately to ensure field crew have every piece of hardware needed for a specific job site. Attention to detail is critical!
• Reliability is critical here, as the overnight crews depend entirely on the warehouse team's preparation.
