High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or relevant experience preferred.

Ability to read, write and comprehend in English. Ability to effectively write business related correspondence and incident reports. Able to present information in one-on-one and in groups.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions; ability to problem solve with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Must demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Office, MS Word and MS Outlook as well as Incident Reporting and other campus software programs.
