$17.90 per hour – $22.22 per hour (potential with tips)

• Lead front‑of‑house operations, ensuring an uncompromising focus on delivering excellent guest experiences on every shift.
• Maintain the Urban Plates “Vibe” and service standards throughout the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back‑of‑house staff to provide seamless service.
• Mentor new team members and support their training and development.
