Job Requirements

Maintenance Supervisor – Electrics (Start immediately) – Pleasant Prairie, WI, United States – Permanent, Full-time.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering and Maintenance, the Maintenance Supervisor – Electrics is responsible for supervising daily electrical maintenance activities, providing direct supervision and guidance to electrical maintenance personnel, and promoting a safe, people‑focused work environment through clear communication, hands‑on coaching, skills development, and performance feedback. This position oversees the maintenance and upkeep of control systems and electrical systems associated with processing and packaging equipment, ensuring reliability, compliance, and operational readiness.

• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in line with departmental goals.
• Plan, organize, and supervise electrical work across the site; assign, track, and ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance through the CMMS (Ultimo).
• Lead, motivate, and set a positive example for electrical team members.
• Conduct required team communications and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers across departments to support smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with health & safety, legal, environmental, and company standards.
• Promote high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness through regular inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED/HSED equivalent.
• Team Lead, Supervisory or Management experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a non‑union environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience (details available via application link).
