Facilities Specialist

Facilities Specialist Uline Inc. seeks a Facilities Specialist to support its fast-paced distribution environment within the Facilities & Maintenance department. In this role, you'll oversee daily building operations, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure a safe, efficient workplace across warehouse and office spaces. Partner closely with operations and safety teams to manage vendors, optimize facility performance, and support projects and space changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations across warehouse and office spaces to ensure a safe, reliable environment.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Manage vendors and contractors, including scheduling, performance oversight, and invoice review.
• Monitor facility condition, respond to work orders, and prioritize repairs to reduce downtime.
• Support facility projects, moves, and space reconfigurations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations and Uline standards.
• Track facilities metrics, maintain CMMS records, and prepare reports on maintenance activities and costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance facility performance.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and Procurement to align facilities support with business needs.
• Assist with budgeting, asset tracking, and inventory of facility-related supplies and equipment.
